Writing Tuesday - Strathpine

Writing Tuesday is a free, volunteer-led program for writers at all levels. Come and finish your story, while connecting with other writers in your community. 

This program run by Queensland Writers Centre uses the Pomodoro Technique of 25-minute blocks of writing, followed by 5-minute blocks (four sessions of 25-minutes with a 5-minute break between each). The idea behind the method is to train the mind into working effectively to reach smaller targets, improving the overall writing time and productivity.

QWC understands that life can get in the way of writing. So, this your chance to get those words down on the page. This is a space that will nurture your craft and encourage a routine you can stick to.
