Authors from around City of Moreton Bay will share their motivations for writing their books in a small group, speed-dating-style event.

While the event is free, bookings are required. Light refreshments will be served. This event is suitable for adults.

Info for authors

Our event is in a fast paced speed dating format with authors having 4 minutes to talk and answer questions about their books with each small group before they move on to the next author.
Authors need to have capacity to sell their books on the day and can bring merchandise and display materials. Tables will be provided but display space is limited.
Books may be eligible for inclusion in the City of Moreton Bay Library collection subject to availability and collection policies.
