Learn how to harness the power of laughter for wellbeing with The Happydemic’s Laughter Yoga teacher, HeatherJoy. Seriously fun and good for you.

Heather will guide participants through a joyous session combining yogic breathing and laughter. This practice is based on the concept that our bodies cannot discern the difference between pretend laughter and real laughter.

The workshop will have your body releasing a healthy fix of ‘happy’ hormones and dopamine that will have you genuinely laughing and feeling good for the next chapter of your day. 

Laughter yoga (also known as Hasya yoga) is an exercise and health therapy program originally developed by Indian physician Dr Madan Kataria.
