Beginner Basics: Overlocker is a safety induction so that you can come and use the Juki overlocker at Redcliffe Library.
It’s a 1-hour safety induction intended for people who would like to move at a slower pace to a drop-in safety induction – perfect for people who are less confident using an overlocker.
A safety induction is needed in order to use any machine in The Sewing Studio unsupervised. The Sewing Studio is for City of Moreton Bay Library members aged 16+ who are able to work unsupervised and understand basic sewing techniques.
Free. Bookings required. Sessions are held on the 1st Wednesday of the month from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM and the 4th Saturday of the month from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
