Beginner Basics: Industrial sewing machine is a safety induction so that you can come and use the industrial sewing machine at Redcliffe Library. 

It’s a 1-hour safety induction intended for people who would like to move at a slower pace to a drop-in safety induction – perfect for people who are less confident using an industrial sewing machine. 

A safety induction is needed in order to use any machine in The Sewing Studio unsupervised. The Sewing Studio is for City of Moreton Bay Library members aged 16+ who are able to work unsupervised and understand basic sewing techniques.
