Stories from Country - screening room

Take time to sit, listen and learn about Country in this series of short films with Lyndon Davis. 

They feature traditional practices and culturally significant plants, animals and sites.

You can then add to a growing creative installation to reflect on what you've learned.

These films are from the Local Aboriginal Languages Project which was a community collaboration between Council, the Kabi Kabi/Gubbi Gubbi traditional custodians and community. It was made possible by Strategic Priorities grant funding from the Queensland Government and the State Library of Queensland.
