Create butterflies
Next date: Sunday, 28 April 2024 | 07:00 PM
to Sunday, 12 May 2024 | 04:00 PM
Create a butterfly design at this drop-in activity to celebrate our new exhibition, Ink in the Lines, from the Australian War Memorial.
What does a butterfly represent? For many, the butterfly is a symbol that represents hope and healing. Different symbols help us remember significant events and people in our lives.
When you have finished your creation, use it to decorate the butterfly wall then continue into the museum to explore the exhibition.
This activity is available from Wednesday 21 February to Sunday 12 May during the museum's opening hours. The museum is open Wednesday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
