Reasonable and Necessary: prints and artist books by Artel Artists
Reasonable and Necessary, curated by Lynne Seear, includes Artel prints and artist books, which are both refreshingly unpretentious and exceedingly skilled. Artel and Cascade Place are programs run by CPL - Choice, Passion, Life in Redcliffe.
These programs support the development of a positive and participatory cultural identity for people with profound and complex disabilities. They offer space, instruction and environments in which this community of individuals has been able, over many years, to express themselves as a dynamic artistic movement.
