Poetry takes many forms—from short, snappy haikus to graceful elegies and beyond.

You'll explore blackout poetry as a powerful tool for self-expression in this workshop.

Blackout poetry is a form of found poetry that transforms existing text into something new by blacking out or erasing selected words, revealing a hidden message or meaning.

Be inspired by the artwork To my love, featured in the current exhibition Earth Refuge. You can use existing texts to reflect deeply on the world around you. 

Cost $5.00 - bookings required. Ages 12-17. All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own printed material if there's something specific you'd like to work with.
