Create your own out-of-this-world critter!

Back in the 1800s, the Acclimatisation Societies brought new plants and animals to Australia, sometimes with unexpected results. Inspired by Moreton Bay histories, kids will become creature inventors, imagining their own creature that might have been introduced to our region.

Through the processes of drawing and sculpture, young makers will design and construct their own hybrid creatures; making their creation comes to life, inventing a scientific name, a backstory, and a quirky personality for their new species.

Cost $5.00 - bookings essential. Ages 6-12.
