Meeting room 1 - Boardroom set up with smaller meeting area

Morayfield Sport and Events Centre has two meeting rooms available for hire, suitable for meetings, workshops, presentation days, RTO's, and small functions.

Free parking is available at the venue, located off Morayfield Road behind Bunnings.

Capacity

The capacity of each meeting room is:

  • Meeting Room 1: up to 30 people
  • Meeting Room 2: up to 15 people.

Accessibility

MSEC is accessible by wheelchair from the car park via a ramp into the venue. The external parking areas include allocated disability access parking bays. The internal toilets are also wheelchair accessible with a designated disability access toilet.

Fees and charges

  • Room hire starts from as little as 179464 per room per hour. Refer to the current fees and charges(PDF, 330KB) for current room hire rates.
  • Rooms are hired at a per hour fee.
  • Catering fees apply as per our current catering menu options. Pre-order is essential.
