MSEC - Court hire

Morayfield Sport and Events Centre has five courts available for hire at a per court per hour fee. Court space can be used for training sessions, workshops, clinics and general sporting activities as well as team building activities, presentations and social gatherings. Hirers have the use of the hired court space and adjacent seating as per our standard court set up/configuration. Sporting equipment is available in court hire for basketball, netball, volleyball and futsal.

MSEC is a licensed venue with an onsite cafe. Event catering is available.

The venue has free parking, located off Morayfield Road behind Bunnings.

Court 1 and 2

Located in Stadium 1, these courts are suitable for the standard configuration of basketball and netball and have:

FIBA Level 2 international standard sprung timber flooring
an air cooling system
a Nautronic Electronic Scoring system.

Court 3, 4 and 5

Located in Stadium 2, these courts are suitable for the standard configuration of basketball, netball, futsal and volleyball and have:

Sprung timber flooring
Large fixed ceiling fans
a Blue Vane Scoring system.

Accessibility

MSEC is accessible by wheelchair from the car park via a ramp into the venue. The external parking areas include allocated disability access parking bays. The internal toilets are also wheelchair accessible with a designated disability access toilet.

Make an online enquiry

To make a booking, complete the court booking application(PDF, 480KB). The hiring organisation's public liability certificate of currency must also be submitted at the time of the booking.

Cancellations within 30 days of booking will incur a fee as detailed in the conditions of hire(PDF, 302KB).

Fees and charges

Courts 1 and 2 hire start at 179447 per court per hour and Courts 3, 4 and 5 start at 38679 per court per hour. Refer to fees and charges for current hire rates.
Catering fees apply as per our current catering menu options. Pre-order is essential.
