Moreton Bay Region Youth Art Awards

The Moreton Bay Region Youth Art Awards are open to residents of the Moreton Bay Region who are of school age or children attending schools in the Moreton Bay region but live outside of the region. The competition is divided into two art categories: 2D and 3D works, and entries are grouped by school grade level.

The Moreton Bay Region Youth Art Awards are open to individual entries as well as collaborative efforts. Prize money and trophies are awarded to winning entries in each grade level and art category, while trophies and certificates are awarded to place getters.

Prizes

Individual

Prize money of $200 will be awarded to the best individual entry from each of the four grade groups, and in each of the two art categories. Place getters will receive a trophy and certificate.

School scholarship collaborative

The collaborative section is open to schools in the Moreton Bay region who wish to enter collaborative works. A group of three or more students of the same grade group qualify to win a prize in each of the two art categories. Prizes consist of a $1,000 scholarship to be spent on art workshops for the winning school.
