The use of the electronic lodgement and fee payment portal is to lodge initial (new) development applications, change applications, extension of currency period applications and operational works applications under the Moreton Bay Regional Council Planning Scheme.
This portal is not to be used for payment of Infrastructure charges, rechecking amended plans or to reinspect works (fee per inspection of failed works) of Operational Works applications.
Sufficient and correct information and fees must be provided in accordance with mandatory requirements under the relevant legislation, for Council to assess an application or request.
For information on the supporting documentation required,
please refer to the relevant DA forms which can be obtained from the Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning (DILGP) or additional information provided on Council's website.
Some fees may be subject to special terms and conditions when determining the total assessment fee applicable.
