SENSEational Play

Little boy playing with gel balls

Get your family together to explore resources that engage all the senses. While everyone is welcome, this activity is tailored for families that have children with sensory disabilities such as autism and sensory process disorder.

This program offers a welcoming and judgement-free space. The library will only be open for SENSEational Play in the first hour of this event. Leave before the library opens or stay and play for the full 2 hours!

Facilitated by our friendly library staff. The Benevolent Society or Carers Queensland will also be available to answer your NDIS questions.

Registration required.

SENSEational Play builds on Backstage Pass, the category winner for Disability Access and Inclusion in the 2019 National Awards for Local Government.
