Active Mums is a joint initiative of Moreton Bay Regional
Council and the Queensland Government, in partnership with Moreton
Bay Region's Police Citizens Youth Clubs (PCYCs).
During Term 4, 2017 and Term 1, 2018, PCYCs in the Moreton Bay
Region will be delivering the free Active Mums program to provide
mothers with young children (aged 0 to 5 years) with access to
group fitness classes. Active Mums is a post natal exercise program
delivered by qualified and experienced trainers.
Participants will have the flexibility to bring their children
to the classes and have them in the room during the class or in a
fully supervised crèche.
Active Mums is available to any full-time female carer of
children aged 0 to 5 years.
