Caboolture Community FM Radio Station (101.5FM)

Plays a vital role in providing news and local information to residents.

In times of emergencies, such as floods and fires, the station becomes the official Council outlet for dissemination of the latest information. In the event of a disaster, this could involve details about evacuations, road closures and any other major threats to households.

The station’s studios are located off the Town Square, in King Street, Caboolture. Facilities include an outside broadcast vehicle that allows direct broadcasts to be made from a range of locations.

The station operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is run largely by trained volunteers. The station welcomes new volunteers, particularly those with previous radio experience whether it be in broadcasting, program production, journalism or any other relevant field. Training is also provided. All enquiries should be directed to the station manager.

Redcliffe’s Community FM Radio Station (99.7FM)

Provides news and local information to residents. 

The station’s studios are located in Sorrento Street, Margate. 

99.7FM plays a mix of contemporary music from the 70s, 80s, 90s on weekdays from 6.00am to 7.00pm, and weekend daytimes. Speciality shows are broadcast weekday evenings from 7.00pm to midnight, and weekends. 99.7FM Broadcasts to Northern Brisbane suburbs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
