Community Network Meetings

Council facilitates and supports a number of key community networking opportunities attended by government agencies and community service providers.

What is the purpose of the network meetings?

These networks play an integral role in the sharing of information between Council, government agencies and community service providers and is a great opportunity to collaborate and work together to achieve a connected Moreton Bay Region.

Attendees update the network on current projects, events or new information that is of benefit to clients or other providers.

yourtown, formerly BoysTown, works in partnership with local agencies, businesses and the community to create positive and sustainable outcomes for children aged 0 to 12 years.

Moreton Bay Local Level Alliance (LLA), Family and Child Connect
The Local Level Alliance will enable the establishment or strengthening of connections between local services and the Moreton Bay communities to better support the needs of vulnerable families.

Pine Rivers Community Network
The Pine Rivers Community Network is a locally based network meeting in Strathpine to share information, bring agencies together and working more effectively in the local area.

Redcliffe local Mental Health is associated with Aftercare, a provider of mental health services in the Moreton Bay region.

Women's Wellbeing Project
The project is an initiative of the Women's Health Queensland Wide Incorporated who promote, inform and educate on services for women and health professionals throughout Queensland.
