An art collection in perspective exhibition.
The Murmur of Surfaces is a new body of work that focuses on objects that might be described simply as surfaces, such as paper, cloth, walls. Through processes such as creasing, folding, tearing, stitching, and carving, Jewell has mapped landscapes in the making process and language at the threshold of meaning.
The Murmur of Surfaces is a Moreton Bay Regional Council art collection in perspective exhibition and will be companied by a selection of work surveying Jewell’s artistic career to date.
