- Wayfinding signage

The project is currently under construction.
Unfortunately, the Camphor Laurel tree that has been a feature of Matthew Terrace for many years is now showing signs of age and is nearing the end of its life. Due to proximity of the tree, and expanse of roots systems, experts believe that because of the age of tree and the impact of the propose construction, the tree is unlikely to survive in the medium to long term and will slowly start to breakdown in the coming years, is increasing risk of limb drop. As part of the works, four trees will be planted in place of the northernmost Camphor Laurel on Matthew Terrace.
