Council Capital Works Standard Drawings

A new set of standard drawings has been adopted for works commissioned by Moreton Bay Regional Council.  These drawings can be accessed by following this link (New MBRC Standard Drawings).

The drawings on this page below are only for the purpose of works conditioned as part of a development and should NOT be used for MBRC projects.  The standard drawings on this page will be withdrawn following the next MBRC Planning Scheme amendment.  Developers may wish to consider alternative design outcomes as contained in the new set of MBRC standard drawings but are not obliged to do so at this time
