Smart electronic Development Assessment (Smart eDA) is a free web based development assessment tool which allows the online preparation, lodgement, referral and tracking of development applications within Queensland.
This electronic transmission of application data allows for various time and cost savings due to the elimination of hard copy correspondence.
Smart eDA enables applicants to:
- Prepare and lodge applications
- Pay application fees
- Identify state referral agencies and refer applications accordingly
- Communicate with Council and referral agencies
- Track the progress and history of the application
