Moreton Bay Region Art Awards - Two dimensional

The Moreton Bay Region Art Awards, held in May each year is an acquisitive exhibition proudly supported by the Moreton Bay Regional Council. The Moreton Bay Region Art Award attracts entries from all over Australia with many of the works becoming an important part of the Moreton Bay Regional Art Collection.

In 2019 the award offers an acquisitive prize of $8,000, four non-acquisitive category prizes of $2000 each, and two supplementary $1,000 prizes for a Local Artist and a People’s Choice Award.

People’s Choice Award

During the exhibition, visitors had the opportunity to vote for the People’s Choice Award of $1000 for the winning artist. Votes will be counted at the end of the exhibition and published on our website.
