Dance Fitness

Dance Fitness is unlike any other program. There are 2 to 3 moves per song but the participants get to dance it their way and be their authentic self.

Your way is the right way. Everyone is still doing the same move and rhythm but doing it their way. No dance experience required. The most creative workout.

Note: Participants under 18 years can attend but must be accompanied by an adult. Wear enclosed shoes and suitable clothing. BYO towel and water bottle.
