Parkour and Urban Freerunning

Parkour is the art of overcoming obstacles in a safe and efficient way.

Participants learn the fundamentals of parkour such as vaulting, precision jumping, controlled safe landings and traversing unknown terrain. Parkour is a great way to train self-awareness while strengthening the body and the mind to overcome daily obstacles.

Note: Children under 18 years can attend but must be accompanied by an adult. Wear enclosed shoes and suitable clothing. BYO towel and water bottle.
