Yoga for Every Body

This yoga class can help with stabilising your nervous system, activating the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation) and keeping you calm and balanced.

We will include breathing exercises for relaxation and meditation. Suitable for beginners.

Note: Children under 18 years can attend but must be accompanied by an adult. Wear enclosed shoes and suitable clothing. BYO mat, towel and water bottle.
