Transport Networks and Corridors Strategy 2012-2031

Transport networks and corridors strategy

The Transport Networks and Corridors Strategy guides the planning, investment and delivery of the region's transport network for the next 20 years. The strategy is supported by a background paper that includes an assessment of the existing and future transport networks and corridors against desired standards to identify future infrastructure needs.

The projects listed in Appendix B - Future Infrastructure Requirements - Transport Networks and Corridors Strategy 2012-2031 were correct at the time of publication in 2012. Council is currently undertaking new transport network planning based on the latest demographics and population forecasts. A revised Appendix B will be published once this current transport network planning is completed and has Council approval.
