South Pine Shoreline Erosion Management Plan

Council understands the importance of tidal rivers to the natural, cultural and socio-economic welfare of the region. 

The first stage of the study included an overview of legislative requirements, the existing environment and an introduction to possible erosion management options for river systems. The second stage reviewed suitable management options for each study area within the tidal reach in order to develop a prioritised list of erosion management actions.
