• your mission, vision and values - what they are, how they help you with planning and how to develop them
• working out and achieving your priorities
• turning your plan into action.

About the trainer

Gigi has provided training in our Region before. She has over 30 years’ experience in the community / not-for-profit sector. Gigi has served on a range of Management Committees and Boards, including with disability and mental health organisations, neighbourhood centres and multicultural organisations.
