The Community leasing policy(PDF, 135KB) sets out guidelines for organisations wanting ongoing access to sports fields and requires them to enter into a sports field permit which details allocated days and times of use based on the requirements of each organisation.
These permits generally run for three years and provide organisations with certainty around their access to the fields and assist with scheduling training and fixtures.
Organisations are required to complete a Sports field permit application for the use of Council-managed sports fields. After assessment by Council, organisations will be advised of the outcome and will be provided with a sport field permit document for signing.
Note: An application is not required if you have submitted a completed community leasing renewal application(PDF, 120KB) form this year.
