Council has developed a range of information sheets to provide more details about the MBRC Planning Scheme. Residents can also use the My Property Look Up feature to see how the planning scheme will affect their property.

The information sheets were last reviewed January 2020 and reflect amendments made by MBRC Planning Scheme Tailored Amendment No. 1 and Planning Scheme Policies Major Amendment No.1.
