Summer family fun day

Musicians, face painted girl and storytelling

In a colourful summer celebration, Caboolture Hub comes alive to celebrate the summer holidays! There’s fun for all ages with our Colourtopia activities, live music by King of the Kids, hands-on art workshops, a crafty school book covering station, calico bag embroidery circle, Birds of Prey demonstration, Minecraft challenges, storytime, games and family friendly tours.

Enjoy Caboolture Regional Art Gallery’s first ever retrospective of John Rigby, one of Queensland’s most celebrated painters. The exhibition John Rigby: Monumental colour highlights Rigby’s masterful handling of colour and includes works spanning his long career. Works include Queensland landscapes, Brisbane scenes, portraits and travel paintings from Europe and the South Pacific. The exhibition is presented through the eyes of John’s three children Mark, Renee and Tony.

Entry and activities are free. Activities are suitable for children of all age and skill levels.

Bookings required for Birds of Prey demonstration and Minecraft.
