U3A Masters & Apprentices Exhibition

Expect some extraordinary works in the upcoming Bribie Island U3A’s annual exhibition in January 2023 in the Matthew Flinders Gallery, at Bribie Island Community Arts Centre. A colourful and varied display is expected from the 15 art groups involved, with a wide range of styles and mediums, including pencil, pen, acrylic, watercolour, mixed media and silk painting.

To prepare for one of the highlights of the U3A art program, Masters, our U3A volunteer tutors are assisting their Apprentices - students in their groups to prepare and present a piece of their art. Most classes are held weekly at U3A in First Avenue, with two groups extending their involvement, by meeting in studio 2 at Bribie Island Community Arts Centre, Banksia Beach.
