Are you interested in exploring fresh approaches to creativity or looking for new ways to be inspired?

Join us for a free immersive workshop open to all musicians, artists, and creatives.

Now more than ever, people in the arts and culture sector need to find ways to reconnect with their artistic vision. To become agile and courageous in an unpredictable and competitive landscape.

Participants will be asked to challenge and expand their existing notions of inventiveness and imaginativeness. They will develop practical strategies to boost divergent thinking, expand awareness and promote productivity.

Come along and explore:

  • The Myths and perils of inspiration. Tackling destructive and restrictive ideas related to what it means to 'be creative'.
  • How to set healthy and strategic goals, using evidence-based techniques including mental contrasting and intention implementation.
  • The values and importance of ‘defining your why’ when it comes to imaginative pursuits.
  • How to nurture conditions for creativity, including the importance of play, environment, flow-states, mindfulness and downtime.
  • Tools and techniques to help participants operate in the system of creativity, and explore the four laws of creative success.

Registration will take place from 1:00 - 1:15 PM. Light refreshments will be provided.

This workshop is facilitated by industry expert Ash King from Support Act.
