Queensland Mental Health Week

Queensland Mental Health Week

Council recognises and acknowledges the importance of mental well-being in everyday life, particularly the ongoing impact Covid-19 has had on the community. Mental well-being includes being healthy and active, getting quality sleep, continued learning, being kind and connecting with others and nature.

Queensland Mental Health Week will be celebrated from 10-18 October 2020 and Council is celebrating this year's theme “Take Time for Mental Health” by providing a range of healthy and creative opportunities to nourish mental and physical well-being.
