Moreton Bay Eco Fest - Stallholder expression of interest
Council is seeking expressions of interest from local businesses, community organisations, food vendors, and stallholders focused on sustainability and eco-friendly lifestyle products to participate in Moreton Bay Eco Fest on Saturday, 30 September 2023, at the Caboolture Town Square.
This free event will host leading sustainability experts, foodies, green-thumbs, conservationists and more.
Festival goers can enjoy plenty of fun activities and entertainment throughout the day. There will be a jam-packed line-up on the main stage and hands-on workshops.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
- have a business/food licence, if required
- have a current public liability insurance policy to the value of $20,000,000
- be able to operate a market stall on a grass surface without power.
A limited number of sites are available at this event. Council will select applications that offer the best value to attendees. Preference will go to applicants who align with the event's sustainability values and are local to the region.
Food vendors must use compostable/eco-friendly cutlery and serving ware at this event.
Stallholders and/or activity providers must comply with the vendor terms and conditions(PDF, 82KB).
Market stall holders or activity providers can operate from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday 30 September 2023.
