MBRC stimulus package
Moreton Bay Regional Council is providing $7 million worth of rate relief to recipients of the Federal Government’s Coronavirus Supplement.

While many businesses have been adversely affected by COVID-19 and are reducing their workforces, there are some areas of the economy which have an increased demand for workers. The Australian Government is supporting businesses and those Australians looking for work via its new Jobs Hub.

Queenslanders whose employment has been impacted by COVID-19 and are now looking for work, can register their details, location and skills to be matched with suitable job opportunities by professional recruitment agencies.

Community

Join the Care Army
The State Government is calling on Queenslanders to do what Queenslanders do best: look out for each other. It is enlisting a CARE ARMY to protect up to one million Queensland seniors during the COVID-19 crisis.
