The Corso North Lakes
Council is pushing ahead with plans for a three storey, 4000m2 office complex above the library component of the Corso at North Lakes following receiving a grant of $7.8 million from the Regional Development Australia Fund earlier this year. This was in addition to the $3 million already pledged by the Australian Government for the planned young people's space for the North Lakes town centre.
The Corso's value-adding corporate and commercial focus will complement the growing list of national corporate identities looking to set up shop in one of Australia's fastest growing regions.
Construction of The Corso at North Lakes, on almost a hectare of council owned land on the corner of Endeavour Boulevard and The Corso, is expected to begin later this year, with completion scheduled for 2014.
