The bus is available 7 days per week except when undergoing regular maintenance. Tentative bookings are not accepted.

  • Organisations are only permitted 6 bookings per calendar year
  • Maximum period per booking is 12 hours

Bookings will only be accepted on receipt of a valid bond and administration fee.

Bond, fees & E-Toll

A bond and administration fee are required prior to each use, and may be paid by cash, cheque or credit card:

  • Bond - $165.00
  • Administration fee - $57.00

The administration fee is non-refundable, but is transferable to another booking date within the same calendar year. The bond may be carried over to future bookings. The administration fee must be paid when bookings are made.

Organisation must advise Council at time of application if the bus will be taken through an E-Toll tolling point (including Clem7 tunnel), as E-Toll fees will be charged at time of booking. E-Toll fees are non-refundable.

Failure to fully refuel the bus or to clean out and wash down the bus will result in an invoice being forwarded to the organisation.
