Accelerated DA is a process introduced by council to fast track the assessment of low risk, compliant development applications and some selected self-certified operational works development applications.

In order to determine if an application is eligible for the Accelerated DA process a series of questions need to be satisfied. To make this as user friendly as possible council have developed a survey for each available application and this is to be filled in by the applicant. If all the questions in the survey are answered correctly the proposal is eligible for the Accelerated DA process.
