Pathways Library
The Pathways Library is a technology-rich, welcoming and comfortable place designed to offer a 'window to the world'. As a destination for finding information, socialising and relaxing, the Pathways library combines the best of all worlds including traditional library resources, comfy places to lounge, and the latest in multi-media technologies.

As part of the Pine Rivers district's network of libraries, the library is free to join, and anyone can join including young children and people from outside of the shire. All you need to do is drop into the library with some proof of ID containing your name and current address.

Fees & charges
While most services at The Pathways Library are free, some fees and charges. Refer to Council's Fees & Charges.
Holds & Inter-library loans
Any library member can reserve – place a hold – on a book, using the online catalogue. A fee applies. Pathways can also arrange inter-library loans from other facilities. They’re available at a cost of 60 cents, plus any charge made by the lending library.
Overdue or damaged goods
Refer to Council's Fees & Charges for the current fee schedule. Overdue items accrue fines and if an item is lost or damaged, the borrower is responsible for the replacement cost. For more information, please read about membership information, charter and rules governing the Pathways Library.
Pathways Enterprise Centre
Pathways Enterprise Centre is an innovative employment and skills suite designed to offer formal and informal learning opportunities.
Forging links with community groups, schools, tertiary institutions and businesses, the Pathways Enterprise Centre will be the nerve centre of a 'learning network' that will deliver training, qualifications and industry experience to residents.
It is an initiative of the Moreton Bay Regional Council and The Hornery Institute, a leading not-for-profit organisation devoted to helping communities become better places to live, learn, work and play. The centre provides opportunities for you to develop your knowledge and skills in areas of interest as well as network with like-minded people.
It also has staff specially trained to provide you with career advice and skills development as well as assist with job hunting. Located on the upper floor of the Pathways Foundation Building, it has more than 344m2 of flexible training space that can be configured to accommodate groups of between 12 and 100 people.
Boasting the latest in Information Technology and Audiovisual equipment, the facility has an office and interview room, two IT training rooms, two seminar rooms and an e-study centre.
North Lakes Community Centre
Opened in April 2007. A playground has been provided next to meeting room 3 to accommodate playgroups. The North Lakes Community Centre is located on the corner of Lakefield Drive and Endeavour Boulevard, North Lakes.

Multi-function meeting spaces
Pathways has two meeting rooms equipped with the latest information, audio-visual technology and a kitchenette. Each room is fully furnished and air-conditioned and can be configured to cater for smaller groups or meetings seating up to 60 people. Technology rich - with data projection facilities for computer presentations, electronic whiteboard, TV, DVD and video facilities.
