Caboolture Memorial Hall - Main Hall

Located in the heart of Caboolture, within Caboolture Town Square, this venue is walking distance to the Caboolture Hub, shops, cafes and public transport.

Main Hall

The main hall is 18 metres x 22 metres with a 18 metre x 17 metre stage. Located within the Caboolture Memorial Hall complex, the main hall is bookable with the supper room to cater for larger or multiple events.

Change rooms on the lower level with access to the back of stage, makes this hall suitable for concerts and other productions.

There is ample parking including a free multi-storey unrestricted car park and restricted off street parking with an accessible parking bay close to the main hall entry.

This venue is a self-service model however hall management offers set up/pack down, cleaning and catering services for an additional cost. To request a quote, please contact Enhance Care.

Capacity

The main hall has a seated capacity of 300 people.

Accessibility

The main hall has pathways from the car park to the main entry ramp. An accessible toilet is available on the ground level.

Please inspect the facility prior to booking to ensure it meets your accessibility requirements.

Bookings

This hall is managed by Enhance Care Inc on behalf of Council.

Regular hire is available at this facility. A regular hirer is an individual or organisation that has bookings on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Note:

booking requests are required at least five business days prior to the requested hire date
a minimum of 1 hour hire applies to all bookings
Council may charge a refundable security bond to cover potential damage to the facility during hire.

All hirers are required to complete an online venue induction prior to their booking. Inductions are current for 12 months. Complete online venue site induction.

Note: No cooking utensils, pots, pans, serving equipment, dishwashing liquid, washcloths or tea towels are provided.

Restrictions

Hirers are not permitted to sleep in the venue overnight.
Equipment may be left in the venue if the hirer has a booking for the following day, or by arrangement with Hall Management.
Smoking is not permitted in, or within 5 metres of, Council venues, except for designated smoking areas.
The use of open flames including but not limited to candles, lanterns or smoke machine is prohibited.
Decorative items such as glitter, rice, rose petals, sand or confetti is not permitted.
Decorations must not be affixed in any way that may cause damage; this includes, but is not limited to sticky tape, pins or tacks.
Animals with the exception of assistance animals, are not permitted in council venues without Council approval.

Venue inspections

Hall Management may provide prospective hirers the opportunity to view the hall prior to booking. Inspections are by appointment only and depend upon the hall manager and venue availability.
