Council’s approved fee schedule for the Development Assessment functions for the Moreton Bay Region are subject to explanatory notes. These notes provide information about the use of this schedule and contain details of certain conditions under which fees may differ from the amounts published.

Registration Certificate for ERA without an Aggregate Environmental Score - Application lodged prior to the issue of the Development Permit or more than 30 days after the issue of the Development Permit $533.00
Prescribed in Schedule 10 of Regulation. Process explained in Section 141 of Regulation. Repayment of the ERA Development Permit Application fee. As prescribed within the legislation the application fee is applicable where the application is lodged prior to the development application or after 30 days of the issue of the development permit.
Registration Certificate with an Aggregate Environmental Score - Application lodged prior to the issue of the Development Permit or more than 30 days after the issue of the Development Permit $974.00
