Council’s approved fee schedule for the Development Assessment functions for the Moreton Bay Region are subject to explanatory notes. These notes provide information about the use of this schedule and contain details of certain conditions under which fees may differ from the amounts published.

Non Property Based Search - Council Service Information (minimum fee) $110.50
This search provides information on available Council services/infrastructure in the surrounding area. (Hourly rate may apply.)
Plan Printing - A1 size or additional copies $11.00
Plan Printing costs for A1 size plans or additional copies of any other size.
Urgent Information Package - Property Search - All services including supply of plans - 1 day reply $220.50
